issues, perform assessments to develop a scope of work to cure your water problem
- We work with owners, architects, and/or engineers to develop a systematic approach and scope
of work for your project
- Long-term, short-term and and maintenance budgetary recommendations can be provided as well

The many underlying causes to water penetration and infiltration are addressed by our
attention to detail and remains constant in the cure:
- Epoxy/Urethane Injection: Primarily made to visible cracks in concrete masonry walls. Simply put,
these two products fill the void to prevent water penetration.
- A more rigid product, epoxy acts to weld or glue a crack in concrete
- Urethane is more flexible and is used when concrete movement is expected
- Flashing design and replacement
- Sealer Application
- Coatings
- Masonry Restoration:
New England masonry and building exteriors are subject to harsh conditions primarily due to
drastic climate changes. Masonry deterioration is often the source of water penetration typically through
failed mortar joints and/or flashing details. Lane Restoration provides solutions to these problems:
- Pointing
- Lintel Replacement
- Brick Replacement
- Caulking:
Lane Restoration provides service and staging for installation or replacement of caulking.
Water infiltration, especially during strong wind-driven rains, may be due to needed caulking maintenance.
Having a relatively short shelf life, caulking is considered part of a building’s periodic maintenance plan.
Lane Restoration works closely with several manufacturers in choosing the right primer and product for your
caulking needs.
- Cleaning:
Using environmentally safe chemicals or media blasting, Lane Restoration provides safe
solutions to clean building facades. Whether due to environmental staining, graffiti or other types of stains
your building is restored to its original state.
- Safety:
Any construction site exposes workers, pedestrians, and building occupants to known or unknown
dangers. Whether from staging, heavy equipment, exposure to products and/or debris, Lane Restoration takes
all potential hazards seriously. Our professional staff has undergone OSHA training and certification
processes. In addition, we participate in the OSHA Consultation Program wherein we invite safety personnel to
visit our sites for non-binding inspection at various levels including equipment, exposures (chemical
and noise), products and overall site safety and protocols. Lane Restoration is cognizant and proactive in
the use of safety measures and assign a Safety Representative to each project.
