Founded in 1996, Lane Restoration Corp. is a specialty contractor, concentrating in building waterproofing,
restoration and preservation in the New England area. Richard Lane, President of Lane Restoration has been in the
waterproofing industry for the past 20 years having attended Wentworth Institute of Technology studying
Building Construction Technology and going on to receive his BA from Boston College.
Regardless of the source of your water penetration, (i.e., age or design), Lane Restoration is able
to quickly identify issues and give professional recommendations. By working closely with owners, architects and
engineers, we accomplish this task in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
Specializing in giving each client personal attention, Lane Restoration takes on a limited number of
projects each year. We realize that this “smaller approach” is most beneficial to all parties. The cure of your water penetration issues rely on a close attention to detail that our professional staff is able to provide. Throughout
the duration of your project, we will remain in close contact with owners, architects, and/or engineers to ensure
overall client satisfaction. In addition, we will be available for future projects.
